If information required for a service is not provided, we or the relevant supplier may be unable to confirm or deliver the booking.

This may include sharing information with tour operators, attractions, transport providers, drivers, hotels, insurers, airport-service providers, payment providers, banks, technology providers, professional advisers and other suppliers involved in providing the requested service.

Mytour accounts may be used across authorized Mytour platforms. Account information may be processed by the separate companies operating those platforms for account access, administration, customer support, security and related services.

Agents, resellers and business partners may access only the customers and bookings associated with their own accounts.

Personal information may be stored, accessed or processed outside Thailand where our suppliers, service providers or authorized Mytour platforms operate. Appropriate safeguards will be used where required by applicable law.

We may also disclose information where required by law or requested by a competent government, tax, regulatory, judicial or law-enforcement authority.

My Tour does not sell or rent personal information.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain accounts, complete bookings, process transactions, provide support, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax, accounting, insurance and regulatory obligations.
