Your ticket includes entry to the "Fantasy of a Kingdom" show at the Palace of the Elephants, plus access to Festival Village and the park facilities. Depending on the package you choose, it may also include a Golden Seat, the dinner buffet, and transfers to and from your hotel. Check the package name at booking to see exactly what is covered.
Beverages, personal expenses and shopping inside the village, tips, and paid professional photography services are not included. If you choose a package without transfers, travel to and from your hotel is not included and you will need to make your own way there.
Yes, the show is family-friendly and suitable for all ages. The child rate applies to guests between 101 cm and 140 cm tall. Children up to 100 cm enter free of charge but are not assigned a theatre seat and sit on their companion's lap. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
The show requires no physical activity, but it does involve loud sound, strong lighting and visual effects. It is therefore not recommended for guests who are sensitive to loud noise or flashing lights. Pets are not permitted inside the park.
The Golden Seat is a centrally located seat directly facing the stage, offering the best view of the show. It is available as an upgrade on selected packages and is assigned in Zones B and E inside the Palace of the Elephants.
Yes, a daily halal buffet line is available at the Golden Kinnaree restaurant in a dedicated area, serving a selection of Thai and international dishes.
Transfers are included only in packages marked "Including Transfer", and are currently available from hotels in Patong, Karon and Kata. If your hotel is outside these areas, contact us before booking so we can arrange an alternative.
