Agreement<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>The website <strong>mytour.tours<\/strong> and any related mytour website, application, booking interface, customer account, or digital service are operated by <strong>\u0e1a\u0e23\u0e34\u0e29\u0e31\u0e17 \u0e21\u0e32\u0e22 \u0e17\u0e31\u0e27\u0e23\u0e4c \u0e08\u0e33\u0e01\u0e31\u0e14<\/strong>, referred to in English in these Terms as <strong>\u201cMy Tour Co., Ltd.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\r\n          <p>\u0e1a\u0e23\u0e34\u0e29\u0e31\u0e17 \u0e21\u0e32\u0e22 \u0e17\u0e31\u0e27\u0e23\u0e4c \u0e08\u0e33\u0e01\u0e31\u0e14 is a private limited company registered in Thailand under <strong>Registration No.\u00a00835569011377<\/strong>, with its registered address at:<\/p>\r\n          <p><strong>130\/122 Moo 5, Ratsada Subdistrict, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket 83000, Thailand.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n          <p>The website and related digital services are collectively referred to in these Terms and Conditions as the \u201cPlatform\u201d or \u201cmytour.\u201d<\/p>\r\n          <p>These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the Platform and your purchase or use of tours, activities, attraction tickets, transportation, transfers, experiences, and other travel-related services offered through it, collectively referred to as the \u201cServices.\u201d<\/p>\r\n          <p>The terms \u201cyou,\u201d \u201cyour,\u201d \u201ccustomer,\u201d and \u201ctraveller\u201d refer to any person who accesses the Platform, creates an account, makes a booking, participates in a Service, or makes a booking on behalf of another person.<\/p>\r\n          <p>By accessing the Platform, creating an account, submitting a booking, or using any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\r\n          <p>If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf and that you will provide them with all relevant booking information, restrictions, and safety requirements.<\/p>\r\n          <p>If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform or make a booking through it.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>2. mytour\u2019s Role<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>mytour provides booking, arrangement, customer-support, and related travel services.<\/p>\r\n          <p>The underlying tours, activities, transportation, attraction admissions, experiences, and other travel services may be performed by independent third-party tour operators, transportation providers, attraction operators, boat operators, guides, venues, and other service providers, collectively referred to as \u201cService Providers.\u201d<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where a Service is performed by an independent Service Provider, that Service Provider is responsible for the operational delivery of the Service, including its vehicles, boats, equipment, guides, staff, safety procedures, licences, schedules, routes, and compliance with laws applicable to its operations.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where My Tour Co., Ltd.\u00a0itself is expressly identified as the provider of a particular Service, it will be responsible for that Service in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and law.<\/p>\r\n          <p>My Tour Co., Ltd.\u00a0remains responsible for obligations that it cannot lawfully exclude, including obligations arising directly from its own acts, omissions, booking administration, payment handling, representations, or customer service.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>3. Service-Specific Conditions<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Each Service may be subject to additional conditions shown on its product page, booking page, ticket, voucher, confirmation message, or checkout screen.<\/p>\r\n          <p>These conditions may include:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cancellation deadlines;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Refund eligibility;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pickup times and locations;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Age, height, weight, health, or fitness requirements;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Nationality or residency restrictions;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Participant limits;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Luggage limits;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Clothing requirements;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prohibited items;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Accessibility limitations;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Weather conditions;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Identification requirements;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Security deposits;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Operating days;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum participant requirements; and<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Other rules imposed by the relevant Service Provider or competent authority.<\/p>\r\n          <p>The conditions displayed for the specific Service form part of your booking agreement.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where a Service-specific condition conflicts with a general provision in these Terms, the Service-specific condition will apply to that booking, except where applicable law requires otherwise.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>4. Changes to These Terms<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>mytour may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its Services, operations, technology, policies, or legal obligations.<\/p>\r\n          <p>The version applicable to a booking is normally the version published and accepted when the booking was made.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Changes published after a confirmed booking will not materially reduce the customer\u2019s contractual rights for that booking unless the change is required by law, required for safety, or expressly accepted by the customer.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms for future use and future bookings.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>5. Access to the Platform<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>mytour does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, network, or payment method.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour may temporarily restrict, suspend, update, or discontinue all or part of the Platform for maintenance, security, technical, operational, or legal reasons.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour may also change, add, suspend, or remove Services offered through the Platform.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A Service appearing on the Platform does not guarantee that it will remain available for any particular date, time, destination, or number of participants.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>6. Images, Videos, Maps, and Descriptions<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Images, videos, maps, illustrations, schedules, vehicle images, boat images, route information, and descriptions displayed on the Platform are intended to help customers understand the general nature of a Service.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Actual details may vary due to weather, sea conditions, traffic, season, safety requirements, operational needs, maintenance, availability, or decisions made by the Service Provider or competent authorities.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Vehicles, boats, equipment, meals, guides, locations, routes, schedules, and activity sequences may differ from those displayed, provided that the essential nature and value of the booked Service are not materially reduced.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Images of a particular vehicle, boat, room, seat, or item do not guarantee that the identical model, colour, configuration, or appearance will be provided unless the booking expressly states otherwise.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>7. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>The Platform and its content, including its text, designs, layouts, databases, software, graphics, logos, visual identity, photographs, videos, icons, trademarks, domain names, and the mytour name, are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by mytour and\/or the applicable rights holder.<\/p>\r\n          <p>You may use the Platform only for personal and lawful booking purposes.<\/p>\r\n          <p>You must not, without prior written permission:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Copy or reproduce substantial parts of the Platform;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Republish or commercially exploit Platform content;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Modify or create derivative works from Platform content;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Extract or reuse databases or substantial collections of information;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Use mytour\u2019s trademarks, branding, or visual identity;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Frame, mirror, or imitate the Platform;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Use Platform content to establish or promote a competing service.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>8. Eligibility and Customer Accounts<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a booking.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A person under 18 may use or participate in a Service only where permitted by the relevant Service Provider and under the responsibility or supervision of a parent or legal guardian.<\/p>\r\n          <p>An account may be created during checkout or through another registration process.<\/p>\r\n          <p>You are responsible for:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Providing accurate and complete information;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Keeping your login credentials confidential;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Preventing unauthorized access to your account;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Reviewing bookings made through your account; and<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Informing mytour promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.<\/p>\r\n          <p>You must not create accounts using false identities, impersonate another person, or create multiple accounts to misuse discounts, credits, referral benefits, or promotions.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour may suspend, restrict, or close an account where it reasonably suspects fraud, unauthorized use, security risks, misuse, illegal activity, or a material violation of these Terms.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>9. Bookings Made by Authorized Partners<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>mytour may permit authorized travel agencies, agents, resellers, freelancers, or other partners to make bookings on behalf of their customers.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where a booking is made on behalf of another person, the person or partner making the booking is responsible for providing accurate booking information and for ensuring that the participating customer receives the applicable Service details, conditions, restrictions, and cancellation terms.<\/p>\r\n          <p>The applicable booking conditions and relevant provisions of these Terms continue to apply to the booking and the participating customer.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Any separate commercial arrangement between mytour and an authorized partner is governed independently and does not form part of these public Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>10. Reviews and Customer Content<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Customers may be permitted to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, videos, comments, questions, or other content.<\/p>\r\n          <p>You remain responsible for content you submit and confirm that:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It is based on your genuine experience where presented as a review;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It is accurate to the best of your knowledge;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It does not violate another person\u2019s rights;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It does not contain unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, misleading, obscene, or fraudulent material;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It does not disclose another person\u2019s private information without authorization; and<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 You have the right to submit and permit the use of the content.<\/p>\r\n          <p>By submitting content, you grant mytour a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, translate, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and use that content for operating, improving, and promoting mytour and its Services.<\/p>\r\n          <p>This licence continues for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable law and any valid withdrawal or deletion rights.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour may moderate, reject, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms, appears fraudulent, is irrelevant, creates legal or security risks, or is otherwise inappropriate for the Platform.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour is not required to publish every submitted review.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>11. Booking Requests and Confirmation<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Submitting payment or a booking request does not always mean that the Service has been confirmed.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Some Services are confirmed immediately. Others require confirmation from the relevant Service Provider.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A booking becomes confirmed when mytour issues a booking confirmation, ticket, voucher, or other clear confirmation that the booking has been accepted.<\/p>\r\n          <p>If a requested Service cannot be confirmed, mytour may:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Offer an alternative date, time, option, or Service;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Request additional information;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Place the booking on hold while availability is checked; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cancel the booking and refund the amount collected for the unavailable Service.<\/p>\r\n          <p>You must review the booking confirmation immediately and notify mytour promptly of any error.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Tickets and vouchers may be delivered through the customer account, website, email, WhatsApp, SMS, or another contact channel provided during booking.<\/p>\r\n          <p>You agree to receive operational booking communications through the contact information you provide.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>12. Booking Information and Special Requests<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>You are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information, including where applicable:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Full names;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Nationalities;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dates of birth;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Identification or passport details;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Telephone numbers;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Email addresses;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hotel or accommodation details;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pickup and drop-off locations;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Flight numbers and arrival times;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Participant numbers;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Child ages;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Health or mobility information;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Luggage quantities and sizes;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Selected dates and options; and<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Any other information reasonably required to provide the Service.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour and the Service Provider are not responsible for disruption, delay, missed service, refusal of participation, or additional cost caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or late information supplied by the customer.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Additional costs resulting from customer-provided errors may be charged to the customer where reasonably incurred and disclosed.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Special requests, preferences, or requirements are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed as part of the booking.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or other special meal requirements must notify mytour before the Service. The availability of suitable alternatives is subject to the Service Provider and is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>13. Prices and Currency<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>The price payable for a booking will be shown during checkout before payment is submitted.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Prices may be displayed in Thai Baht or another available currency.<\/p>\r\n          <p>The currency applicable to the transaction will be displayed during checkout. Your bank, card issuer, digital-wallet provider, or payment processor may apply its own foreign-exchange rate, cross-border fee, card fee, or other charge.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour does not control and is not responsible for fees or exchange rates imposed independently by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Currency conversions shown on the Platform may be estimates and may differ from the final amount charged by your payment provider.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Prices may change at any time before a booking is confirmed. A later price change does not normally affect an already confirmed booking unless the original price resulted from an obvious error.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>14. Payment Authorization<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>By submitting payment details, you confirm that:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 You are authorized to use the selected payment method;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The payment information is accurate;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The transaction is not fraudulent or unlawful; and<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 You authorize the applicable amount to be charged.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Payments may be processed by third-party banks, payment gateways, card networks, digital-wallet providers, or other financial-service providers.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour does not store complete payment-card details where payment processing is handled by an external payment provider.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A booking may be cancelled or remain unconfirmed if payment fails, is reversed, is rejected, is not received, or cannot be verified.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>16. Coupons, Promotional Codes, Credits, and Discounts<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>mytour may offer coupons, promotional codes, vouchers, credits, referral benefits, or discounts.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Each promotion may be subject to separate conditions, including:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Expiry dates;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Eligible Services;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum booking values;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Customer eligibility;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Geographic restrictions;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maximum discounts;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Limited availability;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Usage limits; and<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Excluded dates or products.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Unless expressly stated otherwise:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A promotion may be used only once;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Promotions cannot be combined;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Promotions have no cash value;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Promotions cannot be transferred, sold, or resold; and<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Any unused promotional value will not be refunded in cash.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where a booking made using a promotion is cancelled, the promotional value may expire or be returned as promotional credit rather than cash, depending on the promotion\u2019s conditions and the reason for cancellation.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour may reject, cancel, or withdraw a promotion where it reasonably suspects fraud, manipulation, duplicate accounts, unauthorized resale, automated use, or violation of promotional conditions.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Changes to a promotion will not remove rights already acquired under a confirmed booking, except where fraud, error, or unlawful use is involved.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>17. Fraud Prevention and Payment Verification<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>mytour may use reasonable fraud-prevention and identity-verification measures.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A booking may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled where mytour or its payment provider reasonably suspects:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Unauthorized card use;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Identity theft;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Payment fraud;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Promotion abuse;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 False information;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Account compromise;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Unlawful activity; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A material security risk.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour may request identification, proof of authorization, payment verification, or additional booking information.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where fraud is confirmed, mytour may cancel bookings, suspend accounts, retain relevant evidence, cooperate with payment providers or authorities, and seek recovery of losses where permitted by law.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Customers should contact mytour first where they believe a payment or booking is incorrect so that the matter can be investigated.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A customer must not knowingly submit a false, misleading, or abusive chargeback or payment dispute.<\/p>\r\n          <p>If a chargeback or payment dispute is submitted, mytour may provide relevant booking, transaction, communication, and service records to the payment provider or financial institution as necessary to respond to the dispute.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising a legitimate right to dispute an unauthorized or improperly processed transaction.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>19. Cancellation by the Customer<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Cancellation conditions depend on the specific Service and are displayed on the relevant product page, booking page, checkout page, voucher, or confirmation.<\/p>\r\n          <p>To request cancellation, the customer must contact mytour through an available official support channel and provide the booking reference and relevant details.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A cancellation is effective only when received and acknowledged by mytour or processed through an approved self-service cancellation function.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Unless the specific booking conditions state otherwise:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cancellations made within the permitted cancellation period may qualify for a full or partial refund;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cancellations made after the permitted deadline may be non-refundable;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No-shows are non-refundable;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Unused portions of a Service are non-refundable; and<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Voluntary early departure from a Service does not create a right to a refund.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Any mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>20. Refunds<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or technically required.<\/p>\r\n          <p>The time required for a refund to appear depends on the payment method, payment processor, card network, bank, and country.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour is not responsible for processing time controlled solely by an external bank or payment provider, but it remains responsible for submitting an approved refund within a reasonable period.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A refund will not exceed the amount actually paid for the affected booking;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Currency-exchange differences imposed by a bank or card issuer are not refundable by mytour;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 External bank or card fees may not be refundable;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Promotional value may be returned as promotional credit rather than cash; and<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Refunds may be reduced by any clearly disclosed and lawfully applicable cancellation charge.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where only part of a Service is materially affected, any refund may be proportionate to the affected portion.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>21. Requests and Complaint Notification<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Customers should notify mytour of a booking problem as soon as reasonably possible so that mytour or the Service Provider has an opportunity to investigate and provide assistance.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where a problem occurs during a Service, the customer should raise it immediately with the guide, driver, venue, Service Provider, or mytour support where reasonably possible.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers are requested to submit post-Service complaints within <strong>three calendar days<\/strong> after the scheduled Service date, together with the booking reference, an explanation of the issue, and any relevant evidence.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A delay in reporting may affect mytour\u2019s ability to investigate and verify the circumstances.<\/p>\r\n          <p>The three-day notification period does not eliminate any statutory right or legal claim that cannot lawfully be waived.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>22. Pricing and Information Errors<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>The Platform may occasionally contain technical, typographical, programming, currency-conversion, availability, or pricing errors.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where an obvious or material error occurs, mytour may correct the information and:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ask the customer to confirm the booking at the correct price or under the correct conditions; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cancel the affected booking and refund the amount paid.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour will not knowingly rely on a minor error to cancel a valid booking after the Service has been fully confirmed and performed.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Cancellation caused by a genuine and obvious error does not entitle the customer to additional compensation except where required by applicable law.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>23. Customer-Requested Changes<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Requests to change a date, participant name, pickup point, option, vehicle, route, ticket, or other booking detail are subject to availability and the conditions of the Service.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A requested change is not confirmed until mytour issues written confirmation.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A change may result in:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A price difference;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 An amendment fee;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Loss of a discount;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 New cancellation conditions; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cancellation and rebooking.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Some tickets, attractions, promotions, and date-specific Services cannot be amended after confirmation.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>24. Operational Changes and Rescheduling<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>mytour or the Service Provider may make reasonable operational changes due to:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Weather or sea conditions;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Traffic;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Safety concerns;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Government or regulatory instructions;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 National park restrictions;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Attraction closures;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Vehicle or boat availability;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintenance;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Insufficient participant numbers;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Delays affecting other participants; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Other operational circumstances.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Changes may include adjusting the pickup time, departure time, route, itinerary order, activity sequence, transport type, meeting point, or duration.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where the essential nature of the Service remains substantially the same, reasonable operational changes do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where a change materially reduces or replaces the essential Service, mytour may offer an appropriate alternative, rescheduling option, partial refund, or cancellation and refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>25. Cancellation by mytour or a Service Provider<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>A Service may be cancelled before or during operation due to:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Unsafe weather or sea conditions;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Natural events;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Government orders;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 National park closures;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Attraction closures;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Operational failure;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Vehicle or vessel breakdown;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Safety concerns;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Insufficient participant numbers;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Regulatory restrictions; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Other circumstances that make performance impossible, unlawful, or unsafe.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where a Service is cancelled before it begins, the customer will normally be offered one or more of the following:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rescheduling;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 An equivalent alternative;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Booking credit; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A refund of the amount paid for the cancelled Service.<\/p>\r\n          <p>The appropriate remedy will depend on the reason for cancellation, the Service already received, the specific booking conditions, and applicable law.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A customer is not required to accept a materially different replacement Service.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>26. Weather and Sea Conditions<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Weather forecasts and sea conditions may change quickly.<\/p>\r\n          <p>The final decision on whether a marine, outdoor, or adventure activity can operate safely may be made by the Service Provider, boat captain, guide, venue, national park authority, harbour authority, or other competent authority.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Rain, cloud cover, reduced visibility, waves, or changes in the itinerary do not automatically require cancellation or a refund where the Service can still operate safely and substantially as described.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers who independently decide not to attend while the Service continues to operate will be treated according to the customer-cancellation and no-show conditions.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>27. National Parks, Islands, Beaches, and Attractions<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Access to national parks, islands, beaches, bays, viewpoints, attractions, and protected areas may be limited or prohibited due to seasonal closure, environmental protection, capacity restrictions, tides, weather, safety, or official orders.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour and the Service Provider cannot guarantee access to every advertised stop where access is controlled by authorities or safety conditions.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where one stop becomes unavailable, the Service Provider may adjust the itinerary or substitute a reasonably comparable stop.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Entrance fees or national park fees are included only where expressly stated.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers may be required to show identification, proof of nationality, or other documents where authorities apply different admission conditions.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>28. Pickup and Shared Transportation<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Pickup times may be stated as an approximate time or a time range.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Shared transportation may involve multiple hotel pickups and drop-offs. The vehicle may therefore arrive earlier or later than the estimated time due to traffic, route conditions, other passengers, hotel access, or operational sequencing.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers must:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Be ready at the confirmed location before the pickup time;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Keep their telephone available;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provide an accurate hotel name and address;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Inform mytour of hotel changes promptly; and<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Follow pickup instructions in the confirmation.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A pickup delay does not necessarily mean that the Service has been cancelled.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers should contact mytour before leaving the pickup location.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>29. Airport Transfers and Flight Information<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>For airport transfers, customers must provide accurate flight, terminal, date, arrival, departure, and contact information.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers are responsible for checking the booked airport, pickup date, and flight timing, particularly for flights departing after midnight.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Waiting time, meeting-point instructions, and flight-delay treatment may vary by Service and will be stated in the booking details where applicable.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Additional waiting charges may apply if:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The customer provides incorrect flight information;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The customer changes flights without notifying mytour;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The customer is delayed for reasons unrelated to normal immigration, baggage, or airport procedures;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The customer cannot be contacted; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The included waiting period is exceeded.<\/p>\r\n          <p>If a flight is cancelled, diverted, or substantially delayed, the customer must notify mytour as soon as possible. Rescheduling remains subject to vehicle availability and the applicable booking conditions.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>30. Luggage and Passenger Capacity<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Customers must book a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and the amount and size of luggage.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Vehicle capacity descriptions are estimates based on standard passenger and luggage sizes.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Oversized suitcases, sports equipment, wheelchairs, strollers, golf bags, surfboards, bicycles, or other large items must be disclosed before confirmation.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A large or oversized item may count as more than one standard piece of luggage.<\/p>\r\n          <p>The driver or Service Provider may refuse unsafe overloading.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where the booked vehicle cannot safely accommodate the declared passengers or luggage, the customer may be required to arrange and pay for an additional or larger vehicle.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>31. Punctuality and No-Shows<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Customers must arrive at the meeting point or be ready at the pickup location at the stated time.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers must allow sufficient time for traffic, transport connections, airport procedures, parking, walking, and locating the meeting point.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where a customer is late and misses the Service, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A Service Provider is not required to delay a shared tour, boat, vehicle, attraction entry, or group activity for a late customer.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where possible, mytour may assist with alternative arrangements, but any additional cost may be payable by the customer.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>32. Tickets and Admission<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Customers are responsible for checking whether a ticket:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Requires advance reservation;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Is valid only on a specific date or time;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Requires identification;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must be printed;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must be exchanged at a counter;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Requires the cardholder to attend;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Has nationality or residency conditions;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Allows re-entry; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Is transferable.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Lost, deleted, forgotten, or unused tickets may not be replaceable or refundable.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Admission remains subject to the venue\u2019s rules, opening hours, dress code, safety requirements, and right to refuse entry for lawful reasons.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>33. Age, Height, Weight, Health, and Fitness Requirements<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Certain Services may impose age, height, weight, pregnancy, mobility, health, or physical-fitness restrictions.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers are responsible for reviewing these restrictions before booking and for providing accurate participant information.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers should seek professional medical advice before participating where they have concerns regarding pregnancy, heart conditions, recent surgery, back or neck problems, mobility limitations, serious medical conditions, or physical fitness.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour and the Service Provider may refuse participation where a customer does not meet a stated requirement or where participation would create a reasonable safety risk.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where the restriction was clearly disclosed before booking, refusal on this basis may not qualify for a refund.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>34. Children, Infants, and Supervision<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times unless the Service expressly provides supervised childcare or a dedicated children\u2019s programme.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a Service is appropriate for a child.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Child pricing and eligibility may depend on age, height, nationality, or the Service Provider\u2019s rules.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Proof of age may be required.<\/p>\r\n          <p>If a child does not meet the applicable requirements, the Service Provider may charge the correct price or refuse participation.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Some Services may allow infants to participate free of charge, while other Services may charge for infants or may not permit infants to participate.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where an infant is permitted to participate free of charge, this does not automatically include a separate seat, child or infant car seat, infant-sized safety equipment, meals, or other dedicated infant facilities unless specifically stated in the Service details.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing the applicable age requirements and Service information before booking and for confirming that the Service and any available facilities are suitable for the infant.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>35. Conduct and Safety Instructions<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Customers must behave responsibly and follow all reasonable safety, legal, and operational instructions issued by mytour, the Service Provider, guides, drivers, captains, venue staff, or competent authorities.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A customer may be refused participation or removed from a Service where the customer:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Endangers themselves or others;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Is violent, threatening, abusive, or disruptive;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Is seriously intoxicated;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Possesses prohibited or unlawful items;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Damages property;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Refuses safety instructions;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Harasses staff or other participants; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Engages in unlawful conduct.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where removal or refusal results from the customer\u2019s misconduct, no refund or compensation will normally be provided, and the customer may be responsible for resulting damage or reasonable additional costs.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and rules relating to national parks, protected areas, marine environments, wildlife, and other locations visited as part of a Service.<\/p>\r\n          <p>If a customer\u2019s conduct results in a fine, penalty, charge, confiscation, or other consequence imposed by an authority or Service Provider because the customer violated an applicable rule or law, that customer will be responsible for the resulting amount or consequence.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>36. Alcohol, Drugs, and Intoxication<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Customers must not participate in a Service while impaired to an extent that creates a safety risk.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Illegal drugs and unlawful substances are prohibited.<\/p>\r\n          <p>The Service Provider may refuse participation where it reasonably believes that a customer\u2019s condition makes participation unsafe or unlawful.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Refusal on this basis may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>37. Acknowledgment of Activity Risks<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Certain marine, outdoor, transportation, recreational, wildlife, and adventure Services involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.<\/p>\r\n          <p>These may include risks associated with:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Boats and water;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Swimming and snorkelling;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Waves, tides, and currents;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Slippery or uneven surfaces;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Heights;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Speed;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Animals;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Weather;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Road traffic;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Remote locations;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Physical exertion; and<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Equipment use.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers are responsible for considering whether they and the participants included in their booking are suitable for the Service.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers must use provided safety equipment and comply with instructions.<\/p>\r\n          <p>This acknowledgment does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from legally actionable negligence or misconduct.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>38. Wildlife and Animal Activities<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Where a Service involves animals or wildlife, animal behaviour may be unpredictable.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers must follow all instructions and must not touch, feed, approach, provoke, or interact with animals except where expressly permitted and supervised.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Wildlife sightings and animal behaviour cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>39. Personal Belongings<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Customers are responsible for safeguarding their money, passports, telephones, jewellery, luggage, cameras, documents, and other personal belongings.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers should not leave valuables unattended in vehicles, boats, venues, waiting areas, or shared storage spaces.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour and Service Providers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage unless caused by a breach of a legal duty for which liability cannot be excluded.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Any lost-property report should be made promptly. Recovery and return cannot be guaranteed, and delivery costs may be payable by the customer.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>40. Damage Caused by Customers<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Customers may be responsible for damage they or participants in their booking intentionally or negligently cause to vehicles, boats, rooms, equipment, venues, property, or another person\u2019s belongings.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour or the Service Provider may request reasonable payment for verified repair, cleaning, replacement, recovery, or other direct costs.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>41. Photographs and Videos During Services<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Photographs or videos may be taken during a Service by Service Providers, guides, photographers, venue staff, other participants, or third parties.<\/p>\r\n          <p>By participating in the Service, customers acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or videos that may be published, edited, shared, distributed, or displayed through websites, social media, advertising, promotional materials, news or media channels, and other public or digital platforms, without financial compensation.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour is not responsible for the independent publication, distribution, editing, sharing, or other use of such photographs or videos by Service Providers, other customers, media organizations, members of the public, or other third parties.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>42. Customer Photography and Recording<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Customers may take photographs and videos only where permitted by the Service Provider, venue, property owner, and applicable law.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers must respect the privacy and dignity of other participants, staff, local communities, and children.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Commercial filming, professional production, drones, tripods, lighting equipment, or restricted-area recording may require advance permission.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers are responsible for complying with drone, aviation, privacy, national park, and venue rules.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>43. Passports, Visas, Immigration, and Travel Documents<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Customers are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas, permits, entry permissions, insurance, vaccination documents, and other travel documents required for their journey or participation.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour does not provide immigration or legal advice unless expressly stated.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A customer\u2019s inability to use a booked Service because of missing, invalid, expired, or insufficient travel documentation does not normally create a right to a refund.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>44. Insurance<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate personal travel, medical, accident, cancellation, luggage, and activity insurance.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Any insurance stated as included with a Service is subject to the insurer\u2019s conditions, exclusions, limits, claim procedures, and eligibility requirements.<\/p>\r\n          <p>The existence of operator-provided insurance does not guarantee that every incident, person, nationality, medical expense, personal item, or activity is covered.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour does not act as the insurer unless expressly stated.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>45. Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Neither mytour nor a Service Provider will be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Severe weather;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Natural disasters;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Floods;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Earthquakes;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Fires;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Epidemics or public-health emergencies;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 War, terrorism, or civil unrest;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Government actions;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Border or airport closures;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Travel restrictions;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 National park closures;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Strikes;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Utility or telecommunications failures;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Major transport disruption; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Other unavoidable and extraordinary events.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where such circumstances affect a booking, mytour may assist with rescheduling, alternatives, credit, or refunds in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and law.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour is not responsible for unrelated costs such as flights, hotels, visas, meals, or onward travel unless expressly agreed or required by law.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>46. Third-Party Websites and Services<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>The Platform may contain links to external websites, maps, social-media platforms, payment providers, messaging services, or other third-party services.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, content, privacy practices, or terms.<\/p>\r\n          <p>A link does not necessarily mean that mytour endorses the third party.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers use external services subject to the third party\u2019s own terms and policies.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>47. Dealings Outside the Platform<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>mytour is not responsible for separate transactions, upgrades, purchases, extensions, or agreements made directly between a customer and a Service Provider outside the confirmed mytour booking.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Payments made directly to a Service Provider must be supported by the Service Provider\u2019s own receipt or documentation.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where a customer independently changes or expands a booking directly with a Service Provider, mytour may be unable to manage, refund, or resolve that separate arrangement.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>48. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>My Tour Co., Ltd.\u00a0is responsible for direct loss caused by its breach of contract, negligence, or other legally actionable conduct, subject to applicable law.<\/p>\r\n          <p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Tour Co., Ltd.\u00a0is not liable for:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Indirect or consequential loss;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, or anticipated savings;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Loss caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Loss resulting from a customer\u2019s failure to follow instructions;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Loss caused solely by an independent Service Provider where My Tour Co., Ltd.\u00a0is not legally responsible for that conduct;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Events outside reasonable control; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Loss that could not reasonably have been anticipated when the booking was made.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where legally permitted, the total liability relating to a booking will not exceed the amount actually paid to mytour for the affected Service.<\/p>\r\n          <p>This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded, including where applicable in cases involving fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>49. Responsibility of Independent Service Providers<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Independent Service Providers remain responsible for the operation and delivery of Services they perform.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Operational complaints concerning a Service Provider may need to be investigated with that provider.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour may assist by communicating with the Service Provider, collecting relevant information, coordinating an operational response, or processing an approved refund.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Such assistance does not automatically mean that My Tour Co., Ltd.\u00a0accepts legal responsibility for every act or omission of the Service Provider.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Nothing in this section limits any responsibility My Tour Co., Ltd.\u00a0has under mandatory law or because of its own representations, acts, or omissions.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>50. Customer Indemnity<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>To the extent permitted by law, a customer may be responsible for reasonable direct loss suffered by My Tour Co., Ltd.\u00a0as a result of the customer\u2019s:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Fraud;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Deliberate misuse of the Platform;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Unlawful conduct;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Material breach of these Terms;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Deliberate damage;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 False payment dispute; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Violation of another person\u2019s rights.<\/p>\r\n          <p>This provision does not make a customer responsible for losses caused by My Tour Co., Ltd.\u00a0or for losses that are remote, unreasonable, or not legally recoverable.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>51. Acceptable Use<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>You must not:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Use the Platform for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Attempt unauthorized access to an account, server, database, or system;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful material;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Interfere with Platform operation or security;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Use automated tools to overload or disrupt the Platform;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract Platform data without permission;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Circumvent booking limits, access controls, or security measures;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Make false bookings;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Impersonate another person;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Resell Services without authorization; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Use Platform information to harass customers, employees, or Service Providers.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour may restrict access, cancel affected bookings, preserve evidence, and report suspected unlawful conduct where appropriate.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>52. Suspension and Termination<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>mytour may suspend or terminate a customer\u2019s access to the Platform where reasonably necessary because of:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Fraud or attempted fraud;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Security concerns;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Illegal activity;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Repeated abusive conduct;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Serious or repeated breach of these Terms;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Threats to customers, staff, or Service Providers;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Unauthorized commercial use; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A legal or regulatory requirement.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Suspension or termination does not automatically cancel confirmed bookings unless the booking is affected by the reason for suspension or cannot lawfully or safely proceed.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>53. Privacy and Personal Data<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>mytour processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Personal data may be shared with relevant Service Providers, payment processors, technology providers, insurers, authorities, and other parties where reasonably necessary to process payments, confirm bookings, provide Services, protect safety, prevent fraud, comply with law, or handle complaints.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers who provide personal information about another participant confirm that they are authorized to provide that information and have informed the participant of the relevant processing.<\/p>\r\n          <p>The Privacy Policy forms part of the rules governing use of the Platform.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>54. Electronic Communications<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>You agree that booking confirmations, tickets, vouchers, receipts, notices, amendments, and other communications may be provided electronically.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Electronic communications may be delivered through:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Platform;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Your customer account;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Email;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 WhatsApp;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 SMS; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Another contact method supplied by you.<\/p>\r\n          <p>You are responsible for keeping your contact details current and checking messages relating to your booking.<\/p>\r\n          <p>An electronic record or confirmation may be used as evidence of the booking and related communications, subject to applicable law.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>55. Notices to mytour<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>Formal booking notices, cancellation requests, and complaints should be sent through an official mytour contact channel.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers should include:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Their full name;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Booking reference;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Service date;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Contact information;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A clear description of the request or issue; and<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Relevant photographs, receipts, messages, or other evidence where available.<\/p>\r\n          <p>mytour may request further information reasonably required to investigate the matter.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>56. Complaints and Resolution<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>mytour may review complaints and request information from the customer, Service Provider, payment provider, or other relevant parties as necessary to investigate the matter.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Customers must provide reasonable cooperation and accurate information.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Where a complaint is justified, a resolution may include:<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 An explanation;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Correction of an error;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rescheduling;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Replacement service;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Partial refund;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Full refund;<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Booking credit; or<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"mytour-terms-bullet\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Another reasonable remedy.<\/p>\r\n          <p>The appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances, evidence, booking conditions, portion of the Service received, and applicable law.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>57. Governing Law<\/h2>\r\n        <div class=\"mytour-terms-content\">\r\n          <p>These Terms and any booking made through My Tour Co., Ltd.\u00a0are governed by the laws of Thailand.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection available to a customer under applicable law.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"mytour-terms-section\">\r\n        <h2>58.
